Upon our arrival, the chef extended a warm welcome, personally assisting us as we put on our aprons, immediately making us feel like true participants in this culinary journey. Our hands-on adventure began as we started preparing the stuffed melon, using only the freshest ingredients. With the chef's precise guidance, we carefully cut the melon's edges into distinctive triangular patterns, then prepared the oven.
Although we were complete cooking novices, the chef attentively oversaw every one of our actions, ensuring we were progressing perfectly. While the melon baked to perfection, we focused on chopping the delicious beef and skillfully blending numerous aromatic flavors that resulted in its incredibly delicious taste (as you can see in the photo!)
