These Terms of Sale govern all ticket purchases and event registrations made through Cogito Istanbul's services. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Event Tickets

1.1 Ticket Purchase Agreement

  • All ticket sales are final and non-transferable
  • Valid identification required for ticket collection
  • One ticket per person unless otherwise specified
  • Age restrictions must be strictly observed

1.2 Ticket Validity

  • Digital and printed tickets accepted
  • Tickets valid only for specified date and time
  • Damaged or altered tickets deemed invalid
  • Duplicate tickets will be denied entry

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing and Currency

  • All prices listed in Turkish Lira (TRY)
  • Prices include 18% VAT where applicable
  • Service fees clearly displayed at checkout
  • Dynamic pricing may apply for special events

2.2 Payment Methods

  • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Bank transfers for group bookings
  • PayTR secure payment gateway
  • International payments subject to exchange rates

3. Event Changes

3.1 Schedule Changes

  • Date and time changes with minimum 48-hour notice
  • Venue changes within same city possible
  • Artist/performer substitutions may occur
  • Program modifications at organizer's discretion

3.2 Cancellation by Organizer

  • Full refund for cancelled events
  • Alternative date options when available
  • Compensation for proven travel expenses
  • Force majeure conditions apply

4. Customer Conduct

4.1 Venue Rules

  • No photography/recording unless permitted
  • No food or beverages from outside
  • Dress code compliance where applicable
  • Smoking only in designated areas

4.2 Safety and Security

  • Bag checks and security screening mandatory
  • Right to refuse entry reserved
  • COVID-19 protocols must be followed
  • Emergency procedures must be observed
