1. Ticket Cancellations

1.1 Standard Tickets

  • 100% refund: 7+ days before event
  • 50% refund: 3-6 days before event
  • 25% refund: 48-72 hours before event
  • No refund: Less than 48 hours before event

1.2 Special Event Tickets

  • Festival passes: Special cancellation terms apply
  • VIP packages: Non-refundable components specified
  • Workshop tickets: Material costs non-refundable
  • Early bird tickets: No refunds unless event cancelled

2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

2.1 Refund Process

  • Automatic full refund initiation
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Original payment method refund
  • Email notification of refund status

2.2 Alternative Options

  • Credit for future events (+10% bonus)
  • Transfer to rescheduled date
  • Upgrade options for affected tickets
  • Charitable donation option available

3. Refund Process

3.1 Requesting a Refund

  • Online refund request form submission
  • Required information:
    • Order number
    • Event details
    • Reason for refund
    • Proof of purchase

3.2 Processing Timeline

  • Request confirmation: Within 24 hours
  • Review period: 1-3 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days
  • Bank processing time: Additional 2-5 business days

4.1 Force Majeure

  • Natural disasters

4.2 Medical Emergencies
